PD-0500 Portable Pulse Duplicator System

BDC Laboratories’ PD-0500 portable pulse duplicator provides a compact and complete left-heart or right-heart pulsatile flow source with integrated heating and system compliance. The PD- 0500 is very easy to setup and operate, and designed to drive pulsatile flow networks for cardiovascular, endovascular and vascular applications. The PD-0500 can be conveniently integrated with BDC Laboratories’ simulation solutions, such as our coronary artery simulation solution, or any other simulated use test apparatus requiring pulsatile flow for an extensive array of applications including: device and delivery system testing, marketing and sales demonstrations and physician training.

• Flow Rate Adjustment:
  The Flow Rate Adjustment features a drive head with three selectable user-defined flow rate slots (e.g. 2, 3 and 5 L/min) allowing you to choose the flow rate you need for your mock circulatory loop.
• Shipping Case:
  The Shipping Case for the PD-0500 is a customized, rugged container with a fully padded foam interior that is watertight, crushproof and dustproof. It features an extendable handle and four wheels and can be checked as airline luggage with little risk of damage to its contents.
• Simulation Solutions & Silicone Anatomical Models:
  BDC Labs offers a wide range of turn-key simulation solutions, as well as compliant silicone anatomical models. Anatomies are based on our library of standard healthy and diseased patient-based data files, or can be made from your patient dataset. All of BDC’s silicone vasculature is available with BDC’s proprietary SLIC™ friction reduction coating that reduces friction to a clinically relevant level to promote smooth advancement, tracking, deployment and retraction of guidewires, catheters and delivery systems.
• Statys® Portable Pressure Monitoring System:
