Portable Pulsatile Duplicator System
BDC Laboratories’ PD-0750 provides a compact pulsatile flow source, specifically for heart valve technologies, with integrated heating.
This portable pulsatile flow system presents a partial beating heart that operates in concert with your specific heart valve prosthesis. PD-0750 portable pulse duplicator models are available for aortic, mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonary valve applications.

Simulation Solutions & Silicone Anatomical Models
BDC Laboratories offers a wide range of turn-key simulation solutions and compliant silicone anatomical models. Choose from a library of standard healthy and diseased patient-based anatomies or request models created from your own patient dataset. All silicone vasculature includes BDC Laboratories’ proprietary SLIC™ friction reduction coating, which reduces friction to a clinically relevant level and promotes smooth advancement, tracking, deployment, and retraction of guidewires, catheters, and delivery systems.
Statys® Portable Pressure Monitoring System
BDC Laboratories’ pulse duplicators support our Statys® pressure monitoring software for pressure monitoring, data logging, and support for up to four pressure transducers using integrated data acquisition hardware.
Flow Rate Adjustment
Select from three user-defined flow rate slots (e.g., 2, 3, and 5 L/min) using the drive head to match the needs of your mock circulatory loop. This feature can be preset in manufacturing or adjusted in the lab.
Shipping Case
The customized shipping case for the PD-0750 protects the system with a rugged, fully padded foam interior that is watertight, crushproof, and dustproof. It features an extendable handle and four wheels, and users can check it as airline luggage with little risk of damaging the contents.
