Linear Fatigue Tester

The LDT-1500 linear fatigue test system, with Statys™ LDT control and monitoring software, is a general purpose tester for evaluation of materials, medical device components, or complete medical devices. The LDT-1500 utilizes closed loop control to ensure consistent and repeatable motion through the test duration. Sold either as a base system, or with integrated components, such as a constant temperature bath or load transducers, the system has ultimate adaptability to meet either academic research or industry needs.

The Model LDT-1500 system can support 24.5 mm of displacement at ultra high accuracy while imparting loads up to 400 Newtons (100 lbs) in either tension or compression. BDC’s Statys™ LDT software controls and monitors displacement, temperature, and loads (if load cell are utilized) real-time as well as being digitally archived throughout testing. For ultimate versatility, up to 11 additional input signals are available for comprehensive test sample monitoring.
